There's a reason tech week is nicknamed Hell week. Long hours, tight deadlines, little sleep, and quick turnarounds leave us very little time for properly taking care of ourselves. It's easy to self medicate our insane schedules with food and alcohol.
Common barriers we face to fueling our bodies during this time include:
- Working through meal hours
- Late nights and early mornings
- Seeking to avoid post-meal exercise cramps and sleepiness
If there was a solution, we would ALL want in on it, right?
In this 60 minute session, you will take home tools, techniques, and reasons to:
- Properly fuel your body like the athlete you are during the long days of tech week
- Plan meals and snacks to keep you going that don’t require sacrificing time or your hard earned money
- Create and implement a hydration plan that actually works
...All in a safe, welcoming, size-inclusive, and shame-free environment.
